I had the honor to take a promo photo session for Helten Brass Ensemble, who are a Helsinki based ten members brass orchestra. The ensemble has former students of Sibelius Academy and musicians from some of Finland’s major orchestras.

After a few emails exchanges, we decided that the place of photoshoot is Suomenlinna, Helsinki. I went to Suomenlinna before the photoshoot and looked some nice places. I got free hands on this project, and since it is a Helsinki based ensemble, therefore I tried to create photos, where the sea – as the determining part of Helsinki – is a central element.

It was a very nice experience working with these musicians.
